Tuffley branch surgery closed

From Tuesday 24th March, Tuffley Surgery will be closed until further notice.

Please do not leave prescriptions or samples there. The doors at Saintbridge will be locked and patients will be required to ring the bell or buzzer to gain access. Please only attend if you have an appointment.

Prescription requests can be submitted online or via your pharmacy.

We will only be accepting urine samples at the Aspen Centre. There will be a post box in the lobby and this is only for collection of samples which have been requested by a nurse or doctor. Please ensure they are labelled with name and date of birth and reason for submission.

Sick notes can now be texted so when requesting one please ensure we have a contact mobile number. Sick notes for isolation periods can be obtained from NHS 111 website.

Appointments will now be mainly done by telephone to minimize risk of transmission of the virus. Only essential appointments will continue and we ask that you cancel these appointments if you are unwell with a cough, fever, cold or flu like symptoms or are currently isolating due to household sickness for 14 days.

From Monday the 30th March we will no longer be able to offer evening appointments and Saturday appointments due to staffing pressures. We hope to be able to resume this and reopening Tuffley Branch Surgery as soon as possible.
