Phones

Doors at the Aspen Centre are open until 20:00 on weekdays but telephone lines close for routine calls at 18:00. If you have an urgent problem between 18:00 and 18:30 that will not wait until our lines are next open please telephone the surgery and we will transfer you to someone who can help. The surgeries phone lines are fully closed from 18:30 when you will hear a message asking you to call 111.

Reception answer the phones from 08:00 on weekdays but please be aware front doors do not open until 08:15.

Out of Hours Service

Between 18:30 and 08:00 Monday to Friday, all day at weekends and on bank holidays please call 111 to access the NHS 111 service. If you telephone the surgery during this time you will hear a message informing you that we are closed and to telephone 111 for assistance.

Extended Hours and Improved Access Appointments

Monday to Friday, 18:30-20:00

Saturday, 08:30-12:00

Practice Closures for Training

The practice will be closed between 13:00 – 15:30 on:
