February 14 is not only Valentine’s Day it is Congenital Heart Defect awareness day.

On July 5 they will be hosting ‘it’s a knockout ‘ with another charity Hope for tomorrow. They are still looking for teams – see if you can beat the Aspen Assassins who are looking forward to taking part.
