We are upgrading our phone system on Tuesday 26th April. Our new phone system brings lots of improvements including the introduction of call backs for patients when we have a long phone wait. Following the switch, you will be offered the option of choosing a call back if our phone wait is over a certain threshold. This will save you having to stay on hold waiting for our reception team to answer your call. Instead the system will automatically call you back when you reach number 1 in the queue.
Our switch will be occurring during the day on Tuesday. We do not anticipate any ‘down time’ but apologise if you get an engaged tone at any point when phoning the practice. This should only be temporary.
