We aim to treat our patients courteously at all times and expect our patients to treat our staff in a similarly respectful way. We have zero tolerance to any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour against any of our staff or patients. You will be given a written warning if you violate this code and may be removed from from the practice if this behaviour is repeated.
In extreme cases we reserve the right to withdraw services from such persons immediately
