Important: Pre-booked appointments
The Aspen Centre is open on Saturday morning for pre-booked appointments only.
Tuffley Surgery and Saintbridge Surgery are open for pre-booked appointments only.
Phones
Doors at the Aspen Centre are open until 8pm on weekdays but phone lines close for routine calls at 6pm. If you have an urgent problem between 6pm and 6:30pm that will not wait until our lines are next open please phone the surgery and we will transfer you to someone who can help. The surgeries phone lines are fully closed from 6:30pm when you will hear a message asking you to call 111.
Reception answer the phones from 8am on weekdays.
Enhanced access
The Aspen Centre is open Monday to Friday, 6:30pm to 8pm and Saturday mornings, 8.30 am to midday for pre-booked appointments only.
Practice closures for training
The practice will be closed between 1pm and 3:30pm on:
